Shipping and Delivery

At Quitci, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after the order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some remote areas may have longer delivery times due to limited courier service availability.

Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service at care@quitci.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If the package is still missing, contact our customer service for assistance.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
